Welcome to Collebrity - the trust-first platform connecting brands
and influencers. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms")
govern your use of the Collebrity Platform, including our website,
mobile application, and related services (collectively, the
"Platform").
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these
Terms, our Privacy Policy (see page 5), and any additional
guidelines or rules we post. If you do not agree, please do not
use the Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the
Platform, you confirm that:
- You have read, understood, and
agree to these Terms.
- You also agree to comply with any
applicable local, state, national, or international laws and
regulations.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old and
legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your
jurisdiction.
- If you are using the Platform on behalf of an
organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that
organization to these Terms.
3. Account Registration
- Accurate Information: You agree to
provide complete, accurate, and current information when creating
your account.
- Security: You are solely responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for
all activity on your account.
- Unauthorized Use: You must
promptly notify us at support@collebrity.com of any unauthorized
access or security breach.
- Suspension & Termination: We
may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or
applicable law, with or without notice.
4. Permitted & Prohibited Use
a. Permitted Use
You
may use the Platform to:
- Connect with brands or influencers
for collaboration.
- Create, manage, and participate in
campaigns.
- Access analytics, reporting, and performance
metrics.
- Process and receive payments for services
rendered.
b. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Use the Platform for
unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Post, upload, or
share defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable
content.
- Attempt to bypass security measures or disrupt the
Platform.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your
identity.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers without
written permission.
5. Payments & Fees
- Payment Processing: All transactions
are handled through trusted third-party payment processors. You
agree to their respective terms.
- Fees: Collebrity may
charge service or transaction fees, disclosed prior to payment.

Taxes: You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your
earnings or transactions.
- Refunds: Refunds are granted only
in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Your Content: You retain
ownership of all content you upload (e.g., campaign materials,
portfolio items).
You grant Collebrity a non-exclusive,
worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce,
display, and distribute such content as necessary to provide our
services.
Our Content: All Platform content, trademarks, designs, code, and
other intellectual property belong to Collebrity or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without
prior written consent.
7. User Responsibilities & Content Standards
- You are
solely responsible for your posted content and communications on
the Platform.
- Content must comply with all applicable laws,
not infringe third-party rights, and not promote harmful or
illegal activities.
- We may remove any content at our
discretion if it violates these Terms or applicable law.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- The Platform
is provided "as is" and "as available" without
warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- We are
not responsible for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Losses from unauthorized access, technical issues, or actions of
third parties.
- Disputes between brands and influencers, including payment or
performance disputes.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow
exclusion of certain warranties or damages, so these limitations
may not apply to you.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold
harmless Collebrity, its affiliates, officers, and employees from
any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out
of:
- Your use of the Platform.
- Violation of these
Terms.
- Infringement of third-party rights.
10. Termination
We may terminate, suspend, or restrict your
access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms or
for other legitimate reasons. Upon termination:
- Your right
to use the Platform immediately ceases.
- We may delete your
account and any associated data, subject to legal retention
requirements.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware,
USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
- Arbitration:
Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules
of the American Arbitration Association, held in Delaware, USA.

Class Action Waiver: You agree not to participate in class actions
or representative proceedings against us.
12. International Users
If you access the Platform from
outside the USA, you are responsible for complying with your local
laws. We make no representation that our Platform is lawful in all
jurisdictions.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from
time to time. We will provide notice of material changes via email
or through the Platform. Continued use after such notice
constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
